Appointments: Patients are seen by appointment only. Our office makes every effort possible to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us immediately. If possibly, please give our office at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to give your appointment to another patient. Fees and Payment Policy: In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of quality and professional care, we request full payment at the time of each visit. For extensive treatment plans, our office administrator will discuss payment options with you. Payment options include cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Care Credit is also available, providing interest free payment plans. Insurance: If you have dental insurance, we will contact your insurance carrier to verify eligibility and determine the coverage and benefits you have available. We will submit your insurance claims on your behalf and answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance benefits. We can also help you decide which insurance plan to choose in order to suit your needs most efficiently. Office Hours: Monday 08:00 am - 04:30 pm Emergency Care: We also provide 7 day 24 hour Emergency Care should you have an after hours dental emergency.
