Our Doctors:

Dr. Richard J. Ruderman, D.M.D.

Dr. Richard Ruderman graduated with honors from Lafayette College. He attended University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He graduated with his D.M.D. degree. His father and grandfather were also graduates from University of Pennsylvania Dental School. Dr. Ruderman has taken numerous post-doctorate education courses in cosmetic dentistry, implants, periodontics, endodontics and perio-prosthesis.

His practice philosophy is to create a relaxing environment while providing the highest quality for his patients.

He is an avid athlete. He spends time out of the office playing tennis, skiing, mountain biking, hiking and triathlons.

He resides in Bergen County.

Dr. Sharon Lee - Dentist Associate

Dr. Sharon Lee received her Dentistry Doctoral Degree from The Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in 1999. She completed two years of advanced hospital residency at St. Vincent Hospital and also acted as a Clinical Director.

Dr. Lee has taken numerous post-doctorate education courses in a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, periodontics, one graft and implant placement and prosthetics.

She is currently an active participant of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. She holds certifications in the fields of implant, bone harvesting and graft and periodontology.

Her philosophy of practice is to provide a clinical excellence and healthy smile for our patients. She continues to stay on the top of the latest materials and technologies in the field of dentistry through continual education.

Dr. Lee also traveled through other under privileged countries to provide a dental mission for thousands of people of all ages and degrees of illness.

Front Desk:

Victoria Speidel - Office Administrator

Victoria Speidel joined Ruderman Dental Associates as a dental assistant in 1978. In 1981, Victoria assumed responsibilities at the front desk. In 1990, she was promoted to office administrator. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and experience for 30 years have been a great asset to Dr. Ruderman as well as all the patients she has helped. Her responsibilities include patient relations, scheduling, billing, insurance, financial arrangements, etc.

Our Hygienists:

Juliann Anastasi - R.D.H.

Juliann joined Dr. Ruderman's team in November 2007.  She graduated from Bergen Community College in May 1987 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science.  She has been a practicing Dental Hygienist since August 1987.

Christina M. Williams - R.D.H.

Christina joined Dr. Ruderman's team in May of 2007.  She has five years of dental hygiene experience, graduating from the University of New Haven with her Associates Degree in 2003.  She worked as a hygienist in Connecticut while furthering her education and graduating with her Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2004.

Christina enjoys her profession and takes pride in providing thorough yet comfortable services for our patients.

Our Assistants:

Dorothy Jones - Dental Assistant

Dorothy earned her CDA in 2001.  She graduated from The Ho-Ho-Kus School in Ramsey, NJ with a certificate in Medical Assisting.  She has been assisting for 15 years, 8 years with Dr. Ruderman.

Christina Giordano - Dental Assistant

Christina earned her RDA, CDA, COA & CPR at Dental Studies Institute in Fairfield, NJ.  She has been assisting for 16 years, 2 years with Dr. Ruderman.

Viviana Chamberlain - Dental Assistant

Viviana graduated from Dental Studies Institute with a Dental Assistant Certification and CPR certificate in 2006.
